Engineering- Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in HVAC design and coordination for semiconductor projects
- Support cooling load calculations and HVAC system sizing
- Assist in ducting layouts, airflow analysis, and equipment selection
- Support installation and commissioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust systems
- Coordinate with cleanroom, electrical, and piping teams
- Assist in troubleshooting HVAC performance issues
- Learn and comply with BCA, NEA, and WSH requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Exposure to HVAC or building services design is a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC software is preferred
- Basic understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
