Job Description

Perform troubleshooting on RF-related products down to PCBA level
Conduct functional testing for box build and sub-assemblies
Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components
Perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components
Build and prepare packaging for finished products
Set up, operate, and maintain test stations to support quality production
Assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures
Plan and organise work activities to meet production targets and schedules
Prepare and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, and productivity reports
Carry out other duties as assigned, in line with operational requirements

Requirements

NTC / ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of electronics, digital circuits, and electronic components
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Hands-on soldering and rework experience with SMT components (e.g. 0402, QFP or similar)
Experience with BGA rework stations is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation
Ability to commence work within a short notice period is an advantage
Demonstrates a positive and responsible working attitude

Skills & Competencies

Equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance
Manual soldering skills, including work on fine-pitch SMT components (down to 0201 mm)
Proficiency in using relevant hand and power tools
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work effectively in a team and manufacturing environment
