Job Responsibilities:

• To support the execution of projects by managing timelines, stakeholders, and documentation, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements, ISO standards, and allocated budgets.
• To collaborate with Production and Purchasing departments to maintain smooth operation and achieve timely project completion, while sharing expertise with colleagues when needed.
• To oversee project management activities using ASANA software.
• To assist in establishing standardization work of production assemblies.
• To create standard Bill of Materials for products, work with Project Manager to ensure these are stored in the server.
• To coordinate with Sales department of the most appropriate components to be used at all stages of the Project cycle.
• To conduct testing of equipment and system during FAT and functional checks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of project management and other relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawing would be an added advantage but not a must.
