• Main Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in executing and monitoring site works to ensure timely project completion.
• Liaise with consultants and coordinate subcontractors on site execution and quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and agreed procedures.
• Track variations, claims, and cost impacts, and support cost control within the project budget.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure works meet quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and manage changes with the design team in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure site compliance with the Project Quality Plan and regulatory requirements.
• Report to the Assistant Site Manager and Construction Manager and support overall site governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and trades.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and safety standards related to building construction and M&E services.
