Responsibility :

• Oversee all M&E construction activities on site and report directly to the Project Manager.
• Manage construction progress and site operations independently.
• Interpret and understand M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Attend project kick-off meetings, project team meetings, and provide regular updates on work progress.

Tender

• Carry out engineering tasks including design, engineering calculations, planning, and tender preparation/evaluation as part of the project engineering team.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation for all engineering deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to support project coordination.
• Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during the design and/or construction phases of the project.

Requirement :

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Candidate with relevant experience welcome to apply
