Job Scope:

• Manage the assets related to infrastructure and computing devices.
• Offer computer support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for both software and hardware.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Provide training, coaching, and orientation to users on computer device usage.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet user satisfaction.
• Handle helpdesk duties effectively.
