Engineering- Responsible for providing technical support and after sales service to customers
- Troubleshoot, analyze technical issues and provide technical solution as well as attend to on-site maintenance related problems
- Carry out preventive maintenance work and fulfill repair schedule
- Perform testing and commissioning for electrical projects related to Low Voltage inverter products & system and manage port crane maintenance duties
- Spearhead project delivery initiatives, coordinate with Engineering and contractors to meet project goals
- Conduct product training to customers in optimizing product performance
- Provide inputs from field to factory for new products design and existing products modification
- Communicate with factory in Headquarter on product quality issues and warranty coverage
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in technical servicing role in industrial environment
- Must have strong technical knowhow in Low Voltage Inverter equipment and system
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Customer oriented and adaptable in site environment
- Must be ready to travel on business trips upon customers' requests
