Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing construction activities and site progress to ensure smooth execution
- Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with master programme and detailed work programme
- Provide guidance to supervisors on building works, ensuring site inspections are conducted on time and progress stays on schedule
- Coordinate and organise manpower, materials, and resources, including task allocation to work teams and subcontractors
- Assist in attending on-site and off-site meetings, supporting discussion and resolution of technical issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- Relevant experience in Construction M&E and/or ACMV projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems will be beneficial
- Entry level (training and guidance will be provided)
