Key Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental monitoring projects related to ambient air quality, meteorology and climate change, industrial emissions, and other process conditions.
• Perform data processing and interpretation using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis and visualisation tools, and contribute to technical reports on environmental performance, compliance assessment, and pollution control or mitigation strategies for development projects and industrial operations.
• Support business development and technical sales efforts by preparing technical presentations, system design drawings, method statements, and budgetary planning for internal and client discussions.
• Support a wide range of air quality and emissions monitoring systems (CEMS, AQMS, sampling and process instruments), including operation and maintenance of instrumentation, commissioning and customer training, and supporting basic diagnostics and calibration services.
• Support environmental field projects, including coordination of subcontractors, technicians, and site personnel, ensuring safe and proper execution of services.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related science or engineering discipline.
• Prior project-based experience or internships in local environmental monitoring projects (EIA, PCS, or EMMP) are a plus.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Junior role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially in data handling, analysis, and charting/visualisation, is a must.
• Exposure to environmental monitoring systems such as analysers, sensors, data loggers, and data communication protocols is an advantage. Candidates should be willing to learn and perform hands-on technical work.
• Bonus: Additional software skills such as GIS, Matlab, Tableau/Power BI for data analysis or visualisation, or technical drawing with CAD/SketchUp are valued.
