Engineering- To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
- To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority'srequirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
- To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimize delay to the construction progress.
- To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
- To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
- To ensure that materials such as concrete, rebar, structure steel are tested in accordance with specification and documented.
- Able to assist in the tendering work by proposing the suitable construction system such as ERSS, Sub-structure and Super Structure.
- Able to work up a suitable Microsoft project schedule (or equivalent) for tender project showing all the proper work sequence from commencement to TOP.
- To support in working out the temporary facilities planning and required manpower for tender project.
