Job Requirements
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations
- Assist project teams in identifying quality requirements and developing Project Quality Plans for projects
- Conduct inspection reports for all subcontractors' work to ensure alignment with the quality standards
- Assist Project Teams with control vendor performance/non-conformance issues and implement actions to correct non-compliance
- Prepare and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) to the consultant prior to official QA/QC inspection and testing activity
- Carry out the execution of the project as per the plan
- Register all incoming materials and items for the project
- Responsible for managing day-to-day lifting operations
- Plan, organize, supervise, and liaise closely with subcontractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and clients' requirements
- Review project safety (e.g. lifting plans, etc.)
- Prepare and present the project progress updates to China HQ
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Work closely with project team to resolve technical issues
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese to liaise with China HQ
- Need to be stationed at site
- Willing to work for 6 days at project site
- Location: East
