- Report to the Sales Manager or Managing Director.
- Grow and maintain the customer base in Singapore.
- Drive business development and proactively respond to tenders to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare costings and quotations, coordinating with the service team on job and parts status.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Provide recommendations to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales alignment and the delivery of customers’ unique needs and requirements.
- Stay on top of industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Prior sales related experience in front-end semicon industry an advantage,
- Knowledge in etch or CVD a plus.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills coupled with a customer-focus mindset.
- Results-oriented sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology
