Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Working under the direction of the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, your core duties will include:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and help implement corrective actions. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Champion a culture of safety on site. Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices. Support quality control inspections and documentation.
• Technical & Administrative Support: Review drawings, specifications, and method statements. Assist with the preparation of RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication between site operations, project management, and clients.

Specification/Job Requirements

• A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of fundamental engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• A strong desire to learn, the resilience to navigate challenges, motivated by continuous improvement, and the ability to face challenges with maturity and perseverance are essential.
