Job Purpose
To establish, maintain and continually improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and maintain the QMS framework in alignment with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
2. Control and update QMS documentation, including procedures, manuals, forms and records.
3. Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits; prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports.
4. Follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Support management review meetings, including data collection, KPI tracking, and preparation of QMS performance reports.
6. Ensure production, engineering and quality operations comply with IATF-16949 requirements.
7. Work closely with manufacturing and stamping departments to identify process risks and implement Process Control Plans and FMEA update.
8. Ensure adherence to documented work instructions, calibration schedules, and traceability requirements.
9. Serve as the QMS representative during customer and third-party audits.
10. Coordinate IATF 16949 certification and surveillance audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
11. Conduct supplier QMS audits and evaluate supplier performance against quality standards.
12. Manage customer-specific QMS requirements and ensure alignment across all departments.
13. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem prevention throughout the organization.
14. Conduct QMS and IATF 16949 awareness training for staff at all levels.
15. Ensure personnel understand their roles in achieving quality objectives and maintaining system compliance.
