Job Requirements
- VI Machine new recipe creation/conversions/or add or modify existing mass production recipes and engineering sample
- Line sustaining and to monitor for any yield loss(overkill) or other quality related issues like recipe optimization to reduce under kill and so on
- Compliance to Process and tool SOP, OCAP etc
- Support in Simple hardware conversion like changing of collet etc
- Execute process improvement projects activities, follow up assign by supervisors/Engineers
- Follow up and execute other Adhoc activities assigned by supervisor in case of some escalation or other customer complaints
Job Requirements
- Some hands-on experience in VI/tape and reel machines.
- Knowledge of pick-and-place process OR/AND any vision experience.
- Some basic analytical skills are desired
- Basic hands-on knowledge in office software excel and wors
- Experience on VI(TnR) machines like Ueno seiki, ASM,STI will be an added advantage.
