Job Description - XDC SFS Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• \tBe responsible for spare parts and spare parts warehouse

• \tBe responsible for setup and spare parts management for Site Facility Services (SFS) Team in oneMaximo system

• \tBe responsible for spare parts periodic inventory check

• \tBe responsible for spare parts purchase requisition to maintain optimal spare parts inventory level

• \tBe responsible in managing calibration activities and 3rd party vendor for the site

• \tBe responsible in documentation, operational support for SFS department as required

• \tSupport in regulatory audits as required

• \tAssist in drafting or upgrading SOPs, URS, or other documents as required.

• \tPerform other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.

Requirements

• \tDiploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or other related specialties; candidates with equivalent work experience is plus.

• \tHave skillset in CMMS software like Maximo

• \tAbility to quickly learn GMP related knowledge and all related requirement and code.

• \tPossess good communication ability and comprehension ability.

• \tDisplay a good working attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow leadership directives.

• \tBe open to accepting temporary work assignments, including overtime on weekends or weekdays, and other roles as required.

• \tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• \tAble to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• \tPossess good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

• \tApplicants with prior calibration experience is a plus.

• \tApplicants with spare parts management experience is a plus
