• Responsible to design, analyses and optimize complex systems to improve efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Create and evaluate integrated systems that manage production processes, workflows and materials flow.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste in existing processes and implement solutions, using lean principles and kaizens.
• Use quantitative tools such as data analysis, statistics, and simulation modelling to guide decision making.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet standards.
• Considering human elements like ergonomics, safety and worker satisfaction when designing system.
• Work with team members, supply chain and other departments to implement and monitor improvements.
• Lead projects for process improvement, facility layout changes, system implementation, while managing timelines and budget.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering/Applied Science
• Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills with ability to work effectively
• Independent, decisive and good in problem solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 12 hours shift work
