Technical & Managerial Skills
- Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, and governance aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage IT teams covering infrastructure, applications, service desk, and vendors.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
- Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
- Oversee application lifecycle management, upgrades, integrations, and support.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor contracts.
- Establish and enforce IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release).
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents and major service disruptions.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and IT performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA / MIS) is an advantage.
Experience
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or application management.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical & Managerial Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, cloud).
- Good understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and databases.
- Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of IT security, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management and SLA governance.
- Proven vendor, contract, and budget management experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
