Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment performance and operational effectiveness meet business expectations.
• Lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Review equipment designs and processes to ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance to support smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
• Provide leadership across technical, engineering, and workplace safety functions.
• Take ownership of automation and in-house equipment projects, covering the full lifecycle from concept and design through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure environmental validation and regulatory compliance in line with applicable ISO, FDA, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Candidates with manufacturing experience, preferably in medical manufacturing, are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience leading a team of engineers and technicians are preferred.
• Candidates with strong automation and mechanical knowledge applicable to production line operations are welcome to apply.
