- Serve as the Engineer-in-Charge for comprehensive maintenance of a corporate client's fleet of 200+ vehicles and equipment operating within Changi Airport.
- Provide fleet engineering services, including reviewing and monitoring reliability, failure causes, asset condition, and initiating reliability improvements and updates to maintenance schedules and plans.
- Conduct regular maintenance-related training and instructions for staff, covering vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, fault rectification, troubleshooting, and updates to technical documentation.
- Develop and propose initiatives to digitalise maintenance services, such as:
- Digitisation of technical manuals for easy reference
- Paperless maintenance production control (with interfaces to BPDZ's Maxicloud)
- Condition monitoring and preventive maintenance initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Engineering Degree or be a member of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES)
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
