Job Description:
Project engineer to for facility improvement projects

• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage project, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Client's quality assurance protocols.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
• Experience in civil and authorities submission preferred.

Chiller project:

• Lead the Detail engineering study for new water chiller 01 project
• Lead and coordinate between main contractors and all relevant client's stakeholders.
• Plan for project budget and Perform all necessary project administration and onboarding.
• Manage all site construction activities, site logistics, necessary facilities modification and coordination for tie-ins to existing facilities.
• Lead the FAT, SAT Commissioning activities including Client's Qualification activities and change control process

Bus Bay Project:

• Manage project phase(s) for the construction of the new bus bay, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate the construction and commissioning of new bus bay
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with QP for relevant authorities' submission

Fire Sprinkler Project:

• Manage vendor for the installation of fire sprinkler in the cleanroom
• Coordinate the day-to-day site work including permits on site

Facility Modification Projects

• Conduct feasibility assessment and developed detailed engineering design for modifications to the existing warehouse area to create racking space and new ammonia shed
• Coordinate cross-functional input from key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including logistics, EHS, QP and main contractor to develop, finalize and construct the racks and ammonia racks.
