Job Responsibilities• Support the setup, configuration, and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS)applications at customer sites, ensuring smooth integration with existing building infrastructure.• Work closely with the engineering team to escalate, coordinate, and resolve more complex technicalchallenges when required.• Provide technical assistance for system and application issues by identifying faults, performing rootcause analysis, and resolving problems efficiently.• Conduct user training and demonstrations for clients on the operation and basic upkeep of BMS andELV applications.• Handle client queries by providing clear guidance on system features, functions, and best practices.
Job Requirements• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relatedengineering discipline.• Basic knowledge or interest in Building Management Systems and associated technologies.• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under tight project timelines.• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply.
