Job Requirements:
Work location: Jurong East
- Be part of the client's core network infrastructure support team providing oversight on deployment work and operations support.
- Collaborate with end user and vendor's delivery team to ensure deployment meets requirements in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with end user and vendor's O&S team to ensure timely fault analysis, problem resolution, patch updates, etc. with adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in core network solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation involving switches, routers, firewall, DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking, etc.
- Experienced in liaising and managing expectations with stakeholders and managing vendor to carry out problem analysis, provide timely updates to users and delivering resolutions to ensure proper closure.
- Certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) is preferred.
- Prior working experience in defence organisations or government ministries requiring security clearance will have an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.
