Supervisor responsible for M&E works such as Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc.

Responsibilities:

To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials

To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection

To supervise workers and able to guide them on subcon's works and progress in accordance to schedule set

To coordinate M&E works on-site with trades personnel and ensure compliance

To support Safety team by ensuring subcontractors are complying with safety procedures and requirements

Liaise and work with relevant authorities/ subcontractors/ clients on shop drawings/ equipment submission, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical and electronics or mechanical engineering

Possess workplace safety and health management in construction supervisor course

Possess Class 3 driving license - Singapore

Minimum 8-10 years of experience as M&E Supervisor in Singapore

Experience in M&E Engineering (Fire protection, Electrical & Plumbing works)

Must hold BCSS certification

Must be team player and have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of workers and management.
