Job Description / Responsibilities
Be part of a technical team supporting mission-critical semiconductor equipment. In this role, you will work hands-on with DAS abatement systems while building strong relationships with leading customers across Southeast Asia and India.

• You will support DAS abatement systems at customer sites while working closely with experienced engineers.
• Perform daily equipment checks, basic inspections, and preventive maintenance following clear procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs to help keep systems running smoothly.
• Record service activities and updates in Field Service Reports accurately and on time.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through regular communication, service reviews, and proactive engagement.
• Work as part of a team to learn system operations and develop technical skills over time.

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
• 1-3 years of technical or field service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting (training will be provided).
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently with guidance from senior engineers.
• Comfortable communicating with customers; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
