Air-conditioning & mechanical Ventilation Contractor Company in the construction industry is looking for candidates for the positions of Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors and to establishrolling program.
• Co-ordinate meetings, daily briefings, pre-empt problems at site.
• Check all installation drawings, specifications and prepare relevant schedule.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, progress claim, control and check sub-contractor's progress claim.
• Monitor and supervise work progression and ensure that safety regulation is observed.
• Perform and supervise testing and commissioning at work site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction mechanical engineering industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Possess good time management, strong planning, organisational and supervision skills.
