JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead and manage assigned projects of existing or new customers
- Works independently as a contact point with customers, communicate effectively with customers and provide all necessary services during the project phase
- Initiates, plans and monitors the project from launch to approval
- Lead and rally relevant resources from service, production and project to manage project activities
- Responsible for the coordination of activities and functions of projects
- Work closely with team members in preparing the specifications and schedules and tracking the status of project status
- Liaise with stakeholders including customers, sub-contractors, consultants to ensure requirement are met.
- Manage project expenses like materials, logistics and other project expenses etc.
- Ensure material availability and handling of the order processing included order new parts.
- Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules, prepare and share status reports
- Perform proper documentation of project files
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management and technical skills
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Familiar with the ISO 45001/ 9001 standards and ensure documentation compliance
- Experience in industrial equipment / engineering
