Job Description:

This position reports to the Manager and interfaces with a Engineer. No prior working experience needed. IST SG is a committed team that is young and vibrant, providing good career prospects from a fast expanding SME. Opportunities for enhancement to performance Project / Sales & Marketing and travelling.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, testing, servicing and troubleshooting on our equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in the system, and resolve technical issues ranging from software errors to connectivity issues.
• Attend to client's queries on any operational and maintenance related matters.
• Provide direct support to the team on any Sales & ongoing projects.
• Assist in preparation of tender document, quotation, follow up and after sales & project services.
• Opportunities for enhancement for Project / Sales & marketing of our system solutions.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interest in Computer Network and programming
• Self-motivated learner, passionate and responsible team player
• Basic Windows & Linux commands
• Proficient in office software
• Basic AutoCAD, ability to understand schematic drawings and floor plans
• Able to work with and assist the team
• Preferable knowledge in IP Network, Web Services and SQL Database
