To supports the Project
Manager by overseeing technical aspects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence, handling RFIs/submittals, coordinating teams (architects,contractors, owners), inspecting work for code compliance, managing documentation, and assisting with permits and cost control, bridging officem anagement with hands-on site execution. They act as a technical expert, ensuring projects are built safely, on time, and to spec.

Responbilites and duties:

*Review plans, specs, and designs, provide technical guidance,
inspect work for quality and code compliance.
*Liaise with owners, designers, contractors, and field teams; manage
RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals.
*Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, bid analysis, and
change order management.
*Maintain project records, plrogress reports, and meeting minutes.*Implement safety protocols; monitor quality control metrics.
*Help secure necessary building permits.
* Generate and track RFls, submittals, and change orders.
*Conduct constructability reviews and site inpsections.
*Resikve cibfkucts between stakeholders.
*Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
*Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
*Ability to work in both office and field settings.
