Job Description

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Group Reporting Consultant, Manager to join our team. You are expected to possess functional and technical expertise to deploy SAP Group Reporting solutions and best address our customers' needs.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• You are expected to design, implement, and deploy Group Reporting solutions and perform various finance implementation and support activities from Blueprint to pre/post Go-Live
• You are expected to have thorough knowledge on SAP Group Reporting
• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, update business blueprint, deliver test scripts for unit, integration testing and UAT
• Preparation of functional specifications for the developers in view of business requirements and co-ordinating with development team for unit testing
• Handling functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Create documentations as defined in the deliverable lists, configuration documents, training documents, etc
• Conducting end-user training sessions
• Support cutover activities, go-live, post go-live support for the resolution of issues as per SLA
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time
• Provides management with regular project updates, creates and maintains trusting relationships, identifies and manages project issues, identifies project risks early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk response
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Reports on the status, issues, key activities and any changes to the charter of the overall project
• Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG
• This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
• More than 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience specialising in group reporting
• Experience in rollout and supporting global template solutions for large companies
• Experience in functional lead role will be an added advantage
• Track record in implementing innovative solution in previous clients/companies
• Able to do LSMW, report painter, adhoc queries and simple ABAP troubleshooting
• Solid critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and technical capabilities
• Good organizational skills and logic-based thinking process required
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• An excellent verbal and written communication skill in the English language and able to relate technical issues to business audience
• Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a good attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
