Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop manufacturing process plans for new and existing products.
• Support manufacturing engineers to review production cycle times and identify improvements.
• Help design cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges for production and inspection.
• Work with the production team to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Learn to perform cost and time analysis for different manufacturing processes.
• Assist with first article (FA) preparation and documentation under supervision.
• Take part in continuous improvement projects, including safety, quality, and cost reduction.
• Training and Development:-
• On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidCAM).
• Build skills in project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement.
• Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Willing to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
