Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for providingtechnical field support consisting of deployment, configuration, maintenanceand optimization of enterprise solutions such as Virtualization, Storage,Networking & etc.

• Work closely with productvendors to address, track and ensure timely closure of system support ticketsas well as providing 7x24 rotating basis maintenance support.

• Work in fast-pacedenvironment with tight schedule with dynamic project teams which includescoping and creating technical documents such as project documents, Scope ofWork (SOW), incident root cause analysis etc

• To stay abreast with newtechnologies and product updates by regularly participating in new producteducation and technology transfer training as well as seminars.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess atleast relevant Diploma / ITE in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Proficiency in Windows OS,Basic Knowledge in Linux OS

• Preferably Entry Levelspecialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

• Keen to learn, explore,disciplined and responsible. Able to think 'out-of-the-box' and have anaptitude for innovation and problem solving

• Good communication skills,positive attitude, team player, resourceful and resolve problems independently.
