Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer to manage and supervise various building works, additions, and alterations (A&A) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from design analysis and resource planning to on-site supervision and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning:
  
  • Thoroughly analyze and interpret construction and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop detailed plans for manpower and material allocation to optimize resource utilization and project timelines.
• Project Execution & Supervision:
  
  • Serve as the Site Supervisor, overseeing all mechanical and electrical installations and works.
  • Ensure all works related to Electrical Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, and Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems are executed safely, to quality standards, and on schedule.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Maintain excellent client customer service and management, serving as the primary technical point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and technical clarification.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Technical Scope:
  
  • Provide technical expertise and supervision for construction projects encompassing:
    
    • Building Works and Structural Additions
    • Additions and Alterations (A&A)
    • Electrical Installations
    • Plumbing and Sanitary Works
    • ACMV Systems

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or degree in other field).
• Proven, relevant experience in building works, additions and alterations, and construction projects with a specific focus on M&E systems (electrical, plumbing and sanitary, ACMV).
• Strong ability to read and understand complex technical and construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide professional customer service.
