Responsibilities:

Maintenance

• Tracking of on-going maintenance job status
• Site visit to ensure maintenance quality and safety
• Planning & scheduling of maintenance jobs
• Observations of any equipment fault during maintenance to be highlighted to customers

Troubleshooting

• Attend emergency calls from DC customers during non-standard business hours that may include evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays
• Assess equipment issues and prepare root cause analysis reports

Repair

• Supervise and coordinate repair works during DLP period
• Managing critical spare parts stock balance for ex-stock provision
• Issuance of warranty claims towards manufacturer/supplier

Sales

• Understanding customer's requirements and meet expectations
• Build strong relationships with customer
• Promote spare parts sales to customers to keep stock for emergency purposes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience working in HVACfield is an added advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
• Service-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and leadership ability
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all level
