This will be a 3-years renewable contract position based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of agent-based frameworks enabling autonomous planning and collaboration.
• Create scalable system frameworks combining AI reasoning, automation, and user collaboration.
• Create knowledge-driven architectures connecting data, models, and insights.
• Integrate intelligent assistants and copilot features to enhance operator or engineer experience.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous learning.
• Design reference architectures, data flow, and integration blueprints for connected platforms and systems.
• Mapping AI research into deployable, maintainable system components.
• Review emerging technologies for multi-agent orchestration and adaptive interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum ⁠5 years in software or system architecture, with experience in AI/ML or industrial systems.
• Expert in backend development (C#, Python, or Node.js) and microservices design.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to DevOps/MLOps and distributed systems (e.g., message queues, IoT pipelines).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
• ⁠Comfortable working across AI research, software engineering, and industrial domains.
• Passion for human-centered, intelligent automation in manufacturing.
• ⁠Curious, experimental, and forward-thinking with new AI technologies and architectures.
