Requirements:
- Working with process, business and product owners to design develop and test the automation workflows through deployment of RPA bots, logging tools, dashboards, web interface etc.
- RPA/Automation training framework for new RPA/Automation developer within the company
- Create libraries with reusable components for internal use
- Organize and support the launch and implementation of RPA/Automation solutions locally and internationally
- Support the Operation of RPA/Automation solutions
- Define and documented each evolution of the tool
- Assist business and process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification to collect and perform business analysis of RPA/Automation scripting with overall target coverage and benefit to further advocate and support adoption of RPA/Automation solutions in the organization
- Support the project manager and/or product owner in managing timeline, deliverables, budget, quality of the solutions
- Seek best practices for both data and automation initiatives, and continuous improvement within and outside of the Process & Tools department
- Provide data and status reports linked to the development and implementation (run) of the solutions
- Work in Scrum AGILE methods, with a 2 weeks sprint review, deliver and provide data and status reports linked to the development of the solutions to the product and process owners.
- To lead and drive data related initiatives to set up and promote usage of real time data for data-driven business intelligence, POCs for next generation data opportunities
- To promote data culture and share knowledge extensively within AAIC, the capability to build dashboard using PowerBI or any other software
- To directly manage some specific projects as assigned, follow through the time-line to the completion, and track the ROI, and/or help arbitrate to manage the projects
- To pilot projects relating to evolution of tooling processes, involve in the design, development and deployment phase up to user support. Some projects could be managed by others whom could be internally appointed/volunteered (within and external to the AAIC, or externally contracted)
- Shall work closely with DIGIS, to ensure digital tools availability
- Support the enabling of digital continuity throughout the value chain (Airflows/ PARSER)
- Attend to re-work requests on RPA (i.e. migration / patching aftermath)
- Administrating support ticketing portal, and champion bi-weekly/monthly review within the team for assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5 Years experience in a similar capacity
- Competent experience in data/PowerBI, RPA/Automation development using UiPath Studio and UiPath products, SQL and relational databases, and application development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, with experience in developing and maintaining complex software applications.
- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and design patterns in software development.
- Experience in process and business analysis, design and implementation; management of UAT and bug fixes; Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in industrial and IT applications operations and support is an advantage SDLC experience in Scrum and Agile project methodologies
- Disposition toward continuous learning, and a passion with continuous improvement mindset
- Open to understand the businesses stakes, critical needs and key activities to ensure obtainment of company's objectives
- Strong and focused team player in an international team
- Proactive and good interpersonal skills to be able to work with cross-functional and France team
- Experiences on process improvement, digital transformation projects is a plus
- Experiences on avionics industry is a plus
