The Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to ensure optimal operation of equipment and systems, providing reliable technical support to enhance organizational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Job Description:

• Support day-to-day issues to smooth facility operations.
• Attend breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly same day.
• Feedback status on any major works direct to managers.
• Perform minor repair & troubleshoot of M & E works.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance works according to prescribe checklist & schedule at designated areas / Sites.
• Ensure inventory, safekeeping & maintain good housekeeping on all hand tools, lightings, fittings etcs are in order.
• Ensure assigned work/s are carried out in safe and/ or in accordance to safety procedures.
• Any other task/s as required by reporting manager.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Possess basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with tools, equipment, and safety procedures relevant to the job.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
