Job Title : Machining Technician (ID3568)
Location : Seletar
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8am-5pm
Basic Salary : $1800-$2500 , Gross Salary : $2800-$3300

Job Descriptions :
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Choose correct tools and fixtures for each job.
• Operate CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5-Axis), Turn-Mill, and conventional turning/milling machines.
• Set up machines, including tool presetting, and perform independent machining operations.
• Program CNC machines (3, 4 & 5-Axis) using G-code.
• Inspect workpieces using vernier calipers, micrometres, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to avoid downtime.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in multi-axis CNC and conventional machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in CNC programming (G-code) and tool presetting.
• Knowledge of machining strategies to achieve tight tolerances and surface finishes.
• Experience with quality inspection and measurement tools.
• Self-reliant, precise, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
