SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER (SDE)

* The Senior Design Engineer shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with educational qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore ,with at least 10 Years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the Civil contract including at least 5 years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation projects of a similar size and complexity .

* The Consultant shall appoint a SDE under the Contract. The SDE shall be stationed full time on site.

* The SDE shall co-ordinate with his respective QP(S) and the Contractor's design team to ensure prompt resolution of all design related issues arising from the reviews of the Temporary and Permanent Works.

*The appointment of SDE is subject to the Authority's acceptance and the name and resume of the proposed person shall be submitted with the tender.
