Job Description:
- Maintain support of our existing offer of PLCs and associated products
- Understand product features based on industry standard specification
- Understand verification test plan and test setup
- Generate test cases, execute, and optimize for reuse
- Perform functional and reliability tests, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues
- Assess impact of a new feature and highlight to stake holders
- Review information for our customer documentation.
- Close cooperation with our multi-site R&D team, System Test teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in design and development of verification tests in an R&D setup
- Understanding of fieldbus protocols such as EtherNet/IP, OPCUA, Serial Line, Modbus
- Aware of at least one of the IEC61131-3 programming languages (Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block etc.)
- Analytical skills to investigate customer issues with systematic troubleshooting skills
