Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities.
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities.
• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers for the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans

REQUIREMENT

• Possess Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience withcontractors
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers (PE) Board, Singapore
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Be conversant in British and Singapore Design Standards
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
