• Support engineers in executing all test activities for server and rack products in production.
• Configure and maintain PXE Server for product testing.
• Conduct and monitor server/rack run-in, burn-in, and power tests.
• Analyze product failures and coordinate with engineers for improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen initiatives and ISO activities.
• Update test program masterlists, working instructions, and provide training to production teams.
• Support NPI processes and mass production runs.
