• Collaborate with engineers to perform all production testing for servers and racks.
• Implement and manage PXE Server configurations.
• Conduct and maintain run-in, burn-in, and power tests for products.
• Identify and troubleshoot failures, working with engineers to improve processes.
• Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update test documentation, working instructions, and provide training for staff.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and large-scale production.
• Participate in ISO compliance and quality activities.
