Job Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, dicing, die attach).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.
- Perform equipment calibration, qualification, and recipe setup.
- Support new equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate vendor support.
- Analyse equipment data to identify trends and improve reliability (MTBF, MTTR reduction).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related field).
- Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience may be considered.
- Additional certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D.
- Hands-on experience with equipment or process control.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and EHS practices.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance of assigned Testers and Handlers platform.
- Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting daily equipment downtime
