Job Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects.
- Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project progress and report site issues, risks, and delays.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of all civil works.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction issues on site.
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good knowledge of structural works, architectural works, and construction processes.
- Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software (e.g., BIM/Revit is an advantage).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on site and able to manage fast-paced project environments.
