Job Description

1. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily factory operations and manpower.
2. Prepare tools, and spare parts ahead of scheduled work.
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized factory environment, including lifting gear upkeep.
4. Lead the team to execute operations safely, including onsite lifting and hot-work activities.
5. Prepare safety documents (e.g., SWP, RA) and ensure compliance with ISO 45001.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. WSH certification is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with mandarin speaking team members.
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial or operations experience.Knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and basic electrical controls.

Working hours

Mon to Fri - 7.30am to 4.30pm / Sat 7.30am to 11.30am (5.5 days work week)
