Requirements
- Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement, etc.
- Apply necessary permits and submission works for all works related to M&E and other Ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress.
- Liaise with consultants and Site Personnel ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
- Hands on, coordinating and training workers ensuring compliance and timely completion of the site and M&E works.
- Managing and supervising subcons and workers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Plumbing, Electrical and Aircon.
- Min. 5 years local experience in building residential landed projects
- Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD and other software
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Those without SG working experience will not be considered.
