Responsibilitiesand Duties

• AssistPrincipal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager(PM) in day-to-day management of the contract

• Advisethe PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.

• Determineany non-conformances on works

• Liaisewith Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly

• Ensurethat decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within areasonable time frame.

• Ensurethat works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programmewithout compromising on quality and safety

• Providefeedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest qualityimprovement measures for implementation on site

• Superviseinstallation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation

• Lead ateam of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site bysupervisor /client

Qualificationsand Requirements

• MinimumDegree in Civil and Structural Engineering

• Minimum 5years relevant experience in project/construction environment

• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work

• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills

• Requiredto have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction experience
