Job Description

We are hiring an experienced L3/L4 Managed Services Engineer for a permanent position with our client. In this role, you will support critical IT infrastructure across Systems, Network, Cloud, Security, and Automation domains. You will handle complex escalations, ensure service uptime, and contribute to automation and project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex L3/L4 escalated incidents within SLA.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
  • Monitor client environments to maintain service availability.
  • Support change implementation and document technical activities.
  • Work with automation teams to streamline and automate routine tasks.
  • Coach L1-L3 engineers and share technical knowledge.
  • Support project delivery and disaster recovery activities when required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Systems, Network, Cloud, or Automation (any combination).
  • Experience with some of the following:
    • VMware (vSphere, vCenter, SRM, VRA, Horizon)
    • Cloud (Azure / AWS)
    • Ansible, GitLab, CI/CD
    • Containers (Docker / Kubernetes / Rancher)
    • Backup/DR (Veeam, Rubrik)
    • Storage (NetApp, Hitachi)
    • Monitoring (Grafana, Splunk)
    • Security platforms (CyberArk, OPSWAT)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., VCP-DCV, Azure Architect, AWS SA, Ansible, VMCE, PCNSE, Containers, CyberArk, Splunk).
