Role Purpose
Responsible for process design and engineering for offshore oil & gas facilities, including central processing platforms, gas-injection systems, utilities and brownfield tie-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process simulations, heat & material balances, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Size process equipment such as separators, scrubbers, pumps, compressors, and utility systems.
• Perform relief valve sizing, flare load analysis, and hydraulic calculations.
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP and SIL reviews.
• Support debottlenecking studies for existing offshore facilities.
• Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.
• Provide engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• 7-12 years in offshore or onshore oil & gas process design.
